The Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW), Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR)

The UN Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women ruled in favour of Cecilia Kell, an Indigenous woman, in her complaint on discrimination against Canada.
